We offer a local delivery service within 10km of our store. Local deliveries are each Mon & Fri between 4pm & 6pm (Excluding Bank Holiday Mondays) When we will run a Sat services bank holiday weekends only – Simply choose your delivery day/time in the checkout section. Same-day delivery if ordered by 2pm. Free local 10km delivery. Deliveries outside 10km you need to contact us instore a minimum spend may apply
Dispatched from our store every Thursday & should arrive within 24 hours to your selected address in our temperature-controlled box. Your order must be placed by 11am on Wednesday morning of every given week. Each order is hand picked, made fresh to keep your nutrition on track for the week ahead.
We are currently building up routes along the M1 in the North East/ North Dublin area. Schedule delivery drop points is currently Every weekend after our stock is freshly prepared to fuel your nutrition for the week ahead
All orders must be placed by 4pm Thursday Afternoon of every given week. Minimum spend of €50 per order why not bulk buy on our nutrition packs split the cost with your gym buddy and save big get in touch to arrange a drop off point in your area.
