Terms and Conditions
Once your order is placed the contract is formed between you and us. You will then receive an automatic email of confirmation of your order with an order reference number, products purchased and shipping method chosen to receive your order with date and time if required.
All products on site are subject to availability. Prices, coupon codes and Promotional prices are also subject to change under certain circumstances. We reserve the right to substitute certain products which may from part of you order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in an unforeseeable circumstance. In this case any orders that have been purchased on our site will be refunded. See Refund Policy for information.
We use your personal information to fulfil any orders placed. All data is processed in accordance with the law and under no circumstances will your data be sold to a third party.
We use information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
You have the right to access personal information that we hold about you and to request that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If goods are not fit for consumption on receipt of delivery, please contact us immediately, preferably by phoning 042 9366750 for timely and efficient action on the matter. If there is a delay in contact with us, do not consume the product.
Please also note do not consume a product that you believe is not at the right temperature or is not fit for consumption.
You must be available to receive your delivery from our courier service.
If you request an order to be left without a signature, this is done at your own risk and we accept no responsibility once it is out of the possession of our courier service.
If you refuse a delivery for whatever reason, the parcel is destroyed or automatically returned to sender. Perishable items cannot be resent and refusing an order should be a last resort.
We will not be liable or responsible for any events outside our control, including weather related events. If we feel holding off dispatching orders is the best option for quality control purposes, we will notify you in advance.
Most of all the products on our site are perishable. This means that the right to cancel a contract does not apply. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order although our products are specifically made for you if you contact us more than 48 hours before the date of delivery or collection it may be possible to cancel the contract. For non-perishable goods, your legal rights to cancel still apply.
Do not consume if you have any doubt that the product is not fit for consumption. Contact us immediately, preferably on receipt of collection or delivery. Please note as stated, most of the products on our site are perishable and our recommended use by dates are three to seven days (depending on product purchased).
Where agreed applicable refunds may be made to you using the same method of payment or to the same account as used by you to pay for your order.

We are a food business operator and dispatch perishable orders in good faith to the selected shipping address by the customer request. We do not accept any liability on card fraud.
